Welcome to Outrun Football! Before you subscribe to our service, we require you to read and agree to the following terms and conditions that govern your use of our web application. Please note that by subscribing to our service, you indicate your acceptance and agreement to comply with our terms and conditions.
Service Description
Outrun Football, LLC, and as applicable, (collectively, “Outrun Football,” “we”, “our”, or “us”) own and operate the Outrun Football web application and website, located at www.outrunfootball.com, through which we offer a subscription-based service for viewing individual football player performance projections generated machine learning algorithms. By subscribing to our service, you are granted access to search machine learning created player performance projections for the current week of the professional season; side by side comparison of projections between quarterbacks and a separate comparison for running backs, receivers, and tight ends; search player to view their overall performance projection for the season.
Subscription Plans and Fees
This Subscription Plans and Fees Policy ("Policy") outlines the subscription plans and associated fees offered by Outrun Football LLC. By subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.
1. Subscription Plans
a. Basic Subscription:
We offer an Early Access Subscription plan that provides access to our services at a monthly fee of $1.99. This plan includes access while application is still in development to ability to artificial intelligence created player performance projections for the current week of the professional season; side by side comparison of projections between quarterbacks and a separate comparison for running backs, receivers, and tight ends; search player to view their overall performance projection for the season.2. Payment and Billing
a. Payment Schedule:
The monthly subscription fee of $1.99 will be billed to your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.b. Automatic Renewal:
By subscribing to our services, you authorize us to automatically renew your subscription at the end of each billing cycle, charging the applicable subscription fee to your selected payment method. If you wish to cancel your subscription or modify your billing preferences, please refer to our Cancellation and Modification Policy.c. Payment Method:
We accept various payment methods, including major credit and debit cards. You will be prompted to provide your payment details during the subscription process.d. Currency and Taxes:

Intellectual Property
Our web application and all of its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, designs, software, and other materials, are the property of Outrun Football LLC and are protected by the United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our content for commercial purposes or without our express written consent.
Prohibited Content
Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, or displaying any lewd, sexually explicit, pornographic photographs, realistic portrayals of people or animals being killed, maimed, tortured, or abused, or content that encourages violence on our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, images that depict nudity, sexual acts, or any content that is deemed inappropriate for a general audience.
Consequences
Any user found to be in violation of this policy will face immediate account suspension or termination. Our platform reserves the right to remove any offending content and take appropriate action against the user, including legal measures if necessary.
Reporting
Users are encouraged to report any suspected violations of this policy to our moderation team. Reports will be investigated promptly, and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with our terms of service.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Outrun Football LLC's web application and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Outrun Football LLC does not warrant that our web application will be uninterrupted or error-free, and Outrun Football LLC will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of our web application.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold our company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) claims, and/or actions of any kind whatsoever arising or resulting from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your receipt, ownership, use or misuse of any prize, and any of your acts or omissions that implicate publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy. Outrun Football reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you and, in such case, you agree to cooperate with Sleeper in the defense of such matter.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Volusia County, Florida.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Outrun Football LLC reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of our web app after any changes to the terms and conditions indicates your acceptance and agreement to comply with the modified or amended terms and conditions.
